Maintain clear objectives and provide the opportunity for deep practice to be focused on removing flow-state obstacles.

Support passion and tenacity, a.k.a. grit, as essential to the love of music and working endlessly.

Promote self-trust as the foundation for trusting the singer, music, coach, director, producer, and audience.

Audience:

Work to exceed audience expectations and respect their meaningful individual interpretations.
